Grenache Gin: Estate grown Grenache grapes steeped in spirit for a few months. After basket pressing the grapes, the juice was then carefully blended with our gin. Intriguing flavours of raspberry and botanicals complement each other.
Shiraz Gin: Estate grown Shiraz grapes (the same grapes that we use for our flagship Infinity Shiraz wine) spent about 3 month in spirit before being basket pressed. Loaded with black fruit flavours and spicy botanicals.
Mediterranean Gin: infused with 11 different botanicals as well as lemon and orange. The nose is filled with citrus flavours plus numerous botanicals.
